Service was excellent. The food was really good! The pricing of meals I feel was really good! I think a double cheeseburger was about $14 or $15? And it was big! Great specials! The BLT was big! I had the cheese steak with gyro chicken instead, and the chicken had great flavor! I really liked the pepperjack cheese sauce they make. And the side winders were seasoned and good!

A cute little bar with decent food and good service. I had heard about their vegetarian options so I was excited to try this place out. Unfortunately, they have very little in the way of vegan options or dairy substitutes on a menu that is fairly small to begin with so that was disappointing. The service was good and I enjoyed the cute little touches like the bathroom mirrors. Because of the limited menu options and it being located a little out of the way in a primarily residential/business location I probably won't be back unless meeting friends but that's just me. It's definitely worth a try though.

Came here on a Saturday night. Got there a little before 6 to take advantage of happy hour. (Who can turn down 2-for-1 drink special!) They have a great beer selection and the only hard thing was choosing what to eat. Plenty of options for meal and appetizers. I had the saucy burger and fries with cheese dipping sauce. She kicked it up a notch by having it loaded with jalapenos. There was 6 of us in our group and the total bill at the end was right at $100... And that included our drinks!

This is a bar first, restaurant second. Hence service is not super attentive. But friendly. Very busy. Food is very good, unique, not the normal bar food. Have a large vegetarian menu (which we are not interested in); portions large. The gyro sandwich with chicken was very good. Burgers food. Salads good. Their wedge fries are also better than the norm. LOVE the atmosphere. Very artsy and eclectic. It is small. Expect a wait for table during weekends and nights.

First visit was on a very busy St. Patrick's Day 2023... we got their corned beef and cabbage dish special with a boozy pickle shot. Service was outstanding, very well staffed. It was amazing but unfortunately, I did not get photos of it, so had to go try the food again. This time I ordered a gyro and amazingly there was the option for lamb instead of chicken- like the menu says. It was incredible!!! Hands-down one of the best gyros I've enjoyed! I also up-sized the boozy pickle shot into a full drink and loved that- it has pickle gin, so definitely great option for all the pickle lovers! My spouse ordered a Poutine burger. It was excellent as well. The only issue this time was the hundreds of flies, they kept swarming around the food on the table and there were many in the window sills. I didn't like having to swat them away non-stop. Their doors were all closed so not sure how so many were in there... but yes, I will absolutely return. Atmosphere is otherwise great and the employees are awesome!

Great small tavern for good bar food. They have some unusual items like dill pickle soup. It was very good. There is vegetarian, vegan and gluten free in the menu. Service was good and had neat decorations. We went early and it was packed. Acoustics are not the greatest so it was loud with everyone talking. Good expedience we will be back.

First and foremost, the only real downside was that it is impossible to tell if they were actually open by driving by. I had to go around the block, get out of my car and walk up to the window/door before I realized they were open. I did double check the hours online compared to posted hours and they are correct. I would definitely say to figure out a way to appear open such as an open sign. This would help with people just driving by not looking specifically for this place. Now, with that being said, I enjoyed my visit. I visited on a Monday afternoon around 330. I sat at the bar. It is a funky vibey little place by the same people who own hip-stir out in Marion which is also a nice place. It was happy hour so they had 2 for 1 beers and certain mixed drinks. They do not have any beer on tap, only canned beer and mostly domestic and local brewery stuff which is fine. The bartender was friendly and attentive though there were only 3 people at the bar. I ordered the pickle fries which were very good with a nice crispy crunchy coating and a good dipping sauce. There were a ton of fries, enough for 2 people, but one of the best things was there were no puddles of grease in the bottom of the bowl. It was a very clean deep fry. After that, I ordered the special which was a bbq chicken sandwich with one side, which I chose sidewinder fries. The bartender did mention they have excellent Mac and cheese but it was an upgrade so I chose to skip it this time. Again, the fries were excellent and another good deep fry with crispy fries and no puddles of oil/grease. The sandwich was a deep fried chicken patty tossed in bbq sauce. It was topped with bleu cheese, lettuce, pepericini peppers, and tomatoes. So right off, the sandwich was good but a bit muddled for my taste. The chicken and bbq sauce was good. The Bleu cheese got lost as did most of the sandwich in the peppers. It was a good sandwich though I wish I had gotten a burger instead as it was too much deep fried stuff for me. None of it was greasy or oily and was good, but just a bit much and a personal thing for me. The prices were not too bad and in line with most places nowadays. I would say give it a try, it is a fun and funky place and the food seems to be pretty good. I will go back again to try some of the other things.
